🍺 1. The Eagles are the real deal

The Eagles moved to 3-0 yesterday after another incredible performance from Jalen Hurts (340 yards & 3 TDs). Second-year WR DeVonta Smith led the way with 30.9 PPR points and a couple of insane catches, but both he and A.J. Brown were heavily involved. The backfield is still a bit of a mess, though it ultimately won't matter much if they continue to pile on points at a wild clip. The Eagles are a Top 2 team in the NFC, and they aren't second.

🍺 2. The Zero RB takeover continues

Outside of Derrick Henry's solid day (20-85-1; 5-58), yesterday was filled with big fantasy days from unheralded RBs. Khalil Herbert (20-157-2; 2-12) smashed for the Bears after David Montgomery left with an ankle injury. Jamaal Williams (20-87-2; 2-20) took advantage of D'Andre Swift not being at full strength. And who could forget James Robinson (17-100-1; 3-16), who somehow is shaping up to be a late-round league winner for the second time in his short career.

🍺 3. The butt punt

It's my journalistic duty to highlight the "butt punt" that occurred in the 4th quarter of the Bills-Dolphins game when the Dolphins hilariously failed a punt out of their own end zone. Seriously, this is art. Fortunately, Miami held on to win this game; otherwise, the specter of this infamous play would have followed the organization around for years. Just ask Mark Sanchez.

🍺 4. Mark Andrews is the TE1

With all due respect to Travis Kelce, Andrews (8-89-2) is officially the new TE1 and would rightfully go ahead of him in drafts if we redrafted today. Not only does he have a ridiculous target share, but he's being targeted all over the field. When he's making plays like this, I'm not really sure how you are supposed to stop him.

🍺 5. The Jags aren't messing around

The Urban Meyer era couldn't be further in the rearview mirror as the Jaguars impressively moved to 2-1 on the year after a thorough 38-10 beat down of the Chargers. Trevor Lawrence (262 yards & 3 TDs) looks crisp out there and is getting the ball out quick. Could their game next week be an early preview of the Super Bowl??

🍺 6. Mack Hollins did what?

With Hunter Renfrow ruled out, there were targets up for grabs in the Raiders offense. Most of us assumed those would just get redistributed to Davante Adams and Darren Waller, but boy, were we wrong. Instead, the journeyman WR went nuclear (8-158-1) on 10 targets. If you're looking to win a piece of bar trivia over the next few days, here ya go.

☂️ The Super Bowl halftime performer has been announced. Won't need an umbrella in Arizona. 

We need redemption after that rough SNF game, and that pressure falls onto the shoulders of the slumping Cowboys and Giants (-1). Vegas doesn't have high hopes for this one with the over/under set at a wimpy 39.5.

Both these teams enter the game with injuries we'll need to keep tabs on. TE Dalton Schultz (PCL) seems unlikely to play for the Cowboys, while Giants WRs Wan'Dale Robinson (Out) and Kadarius Tonney (doubtful) will leave New York short-handed.

Week 3 is all but over except for a Monday Night Football game between the Cowboys and Giants. Hopefully, you joined us on our early looks last Monday, where we went 3/3 on the weekend. When looking at the early lines for Week 4, there were a few games that grabbed my attention. We saw less drama in the NFL over the weekend, but the sentiment still holds true the best time to bet these lines are early, so let’s get into it.

⌚️ Arizona Cardinals (+105) vs. Carolina Panthers

I know the Arizona Cardinals’ offense is nothing to get excited about, but the Panthers aren’t anything to write home about either. The Cardinals moneyline is the better play here because the line is so close.

Cardinals QB Kyler Murray and WR Marquise Brown found a little rhythm on Sunday against the Rams. Brown caught 14 of 17 targets for 140 yards but didn’t score a touchdown.

That will change on Sunday against the Panthers, and their connection will only get stronger. The Panthers’ defense was a defining factor in Sunday’s win against the Saints, and if they don’t show up against Arizona, things will go sideways, quickly. This will be the game Murray finally finds the deep ball — he attempted just 3 passes of 20-plus air yards on Sunday, and with that change in Week 4 the Cardinals will seal their second victory on the season.

⌚️Minnesota Vikings (-3) vs. New Orleans Saints

It’s honestly surprising that the Saints are only three-point underdogs heading into Week 4. Maybe it’s the travel factor since this game will be played in London (move your clock accordingly), but even the short week and long travel should move this line a little.

Vikings star RB Dalvin Cook suffered a dislocated shoulder but will be fine moving forward — with the expectation that he will wear a harness. This is great news for the Vikings.

The Saints are dealing with injuries as well at two critical positions, with QB Jameis Winston and RB Alvin Kamara both playing through obvious pain. The Vikings are averaging 19.3 points per game this season, while the Saints are only averaging 17 (a lot coming in garbage time). Vikings QB Kirk Cousins is continuing to get experience in Kevin O'Connell's offense, and I believe he’ll show more promise on Sunday in London than in the previous three weeks, resulting in a win.
