- Important Updates For Your Lineup
We have lots of injury news to sift through and some tough start/sit decisions to figure out. Here’s what you need to know before setting your lineup this morning …
❌ Kyler Murray is OUT (foot). It is going to be the Jacoby Brissett show vs. the Colts. And honestly? I think this is probably a lateral move at worst for the passing game and potentially even an upgrade for Trey McBride’s target outlook.
😷 Ja’Marr Chase is sick, but should play. They are going to see how he feels this morning, but I would plan on starting him. If you were on the fence about playing Tee Higgins, this gives him a slight bump.
🤔 Zay Flowers (shoulder) on a snap count? He’s been limited all week and “will likely play less than his normal allotment of snaps.” We have him ranked just outside the top-24 WRs this week.
😱 Quentin Johnston is a game-time decision. He’s been dealing with a hamstring injury all week. I’d plan on a contingency option (and lock Keenan Allen and Ladd McConkey in lineups).
🌪️ Trade rumors swirling? Adam Schefter posted a long list of trade candidates last night. Here are a few of the notable names because of who should be stashed behind them in case they happen:
Breece Hall (Isaiah Davis), Alvin Kamara (Kendre Miller; though this seems unlikely)
Mark Andrews (Isaiah Likely), David Njoku (Harold Fannin)
Chris Olave / Rashid Shaeheed ( 🤷 )
On the flip side: the Giants are looking for WR help and the Chiefs/Chargers have asked about RBs.
Misc. notes: Niners Mac Jones (oblique & Jauan Jennings (ankle/rib) are expected to play, while Panthers Ja’Tavion Sanders and Jalen Coker are not.

It hasn’t gotten off to a very good start for Derrick Henry in Year 2 in Baltimore. Injuries have hit the offensive line (and Lamar Jackson), closing up lanes that were there last year. And more injuries on the defense have brought with them negative game scripts, which has meant more time on the sideline while the Ravens play catchup. Up next are the Rams and their No. 2 against RBs with the threat of “gross” weather in Baltimore. What could go wrong?
