Free Agency Madness Continues
But no AJB ...
It was always going to be tough to follow up all of the action on Monday, but yesterday delivered a few more interesting moves that created ripples across the fantasy landscapes ...
Maxx Crosby > Ravens. Your eyes do not deceive you, that is a strikethrough. The Ravens backed out of the Crosby trade after he did not pass his physical. AFC North QBs rejoice, AFC West QBs feel free to weep.
Romeo Doubs > Patriots: Shoot for the moon (A.J. Brown) … even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars (Doubs). Romeo—despite what the name would indicate—isn’t a sexy addition by any means, but the Patriots’ WR depth chart is Bills-ian at this point and he’ll be a reliable chain mover for Drake Maye.
Isiah Pacheco > Lions: Did you know that “Isiah Pacheco to the Lions” is actually French for “Jahmyr Gibbs is so clearly the 1.01 now it’s not even funny?” Ya, I learned that on DuoLingo. But for real, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect signing as far as insulating Gibbs’ fantasy value than a guy who couldn’t hold off Kareem Hunt for a starting gig last year.
Geno Smith > Jets: They say if you love something, set it free. If it comes back, then it was meant to be. In that case, Geno returning to New York is basically the perfect modern day love story. Just replace “happily ever after” with a QB battle vs. Carson Wentz. It’s hard to be optimistic on this for fantasy, although Ian did his best to give us a positive spin on the signing for Garrett Wilson, Adonai Mitchell and Breece Hall.
What’s to come? We are running out of dominoes to fall, but here’s a few names to keep an eye on …
Kyler Murray—Minnesota feels like a lock right now.
AJB trade? Who the hell knows.
TE action? David Njoku and Dallas Goedert are still unsigned.
Rachaad White? Jauan Jennings?
We’ll keep you posted …
Protein That Pops Off
Protein. You love it. You want it. And if you are chasing those gains, you’re definitely going to need it, pal. So, we looked at Pop-Tarts and thought, what if we added a pop of protein? The result: delicious frosted, gooey pastries with 10g of protein per serving that helps fuel you and taste ridiculously good. Train harder. Snack smarter. Pop off.

QUICK HITTERS:
Best Ball Drafts, Now? Yes, Never Too Early
If you’re drafting now, welcome, you’re one of us. Best Ball drafts have been happening for over a month now, and as free agency has placed many players, teams are taking shape. So there is strategy to be deployed even in these early stages. Jonathan Fuller offered some strategic hints for these early drafts, and players to target like Brock Purdy:
Brock Purdy set the world on fire down the stretch and won a lot of people fantasy championships in 2025. He was the QB6 in fantasy points per game last season, but he is currently the QB11 off the board. The 49ers should remain a high-powered offense in 2026 and they have already upgraded the WR room to give their signal-caller another weapon. Purdy has proven he has an elite weekly ceiling and is a clear value at his current cost in drafts.
Fuller highlighted a few players who have already changed teams, as well as some rookies who could rise up in ADP in the months ahead. ⤵️
