Drafting All The Rookie RBs

Not just Love and Price ...

My friend, Rob, texted me yesterday:

Not most. He wants all of them.

But once you get past Jeremiyah Love (RB13) and Jadarian Price (RB23), the rookie RBs start to cluster together.

Mike Washington | LV | RB51

(underdog 173.3) RSM 66.9

I mean, if you're into handcuffs, sure. But Washington is exclusively handcuffed to the Raiders' RB1, Ashton Jeanty. And it's Ashton freakin Jeanty, man.

Nicholas Singleton | TEN | RB50

(underdog 178.1) RSM 68.8

As a potential every-down back, Singleton is one of the more exciting late-round rookie RBs. But the Titans are taking it easy with him after a Jones fracture injury in January. Plus, Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears are still around.

Jonah Coleman | DEN | RB52

(underdog 147.2) RSM 70

As Ian Hartitz said: Coleman is "probably an injury away from being an injury away from having major fantasy relevance." Sean Payton is still going to get the ball to JK Dobbins and RJ Harvey.

Kaytron Allen | WAS | RB53

(underdog 184.0) RSM 68

Allen is going to have to climb his way up to third fiddle behind Jacory Croskey-Merritt and Rachaad White, on a team with four total fiddles. At least his ADP is cheap.

Emmett Johnson | KC | RB54

(underdog 160.6) RSM 66.7

Johnson is duking it out with Emari Demercado and Brashard Smith to become Kenneth Walker's backup. Sorry, SB MVP Kenneth Walker**.

Quite frankly, Rob will never be able to have all the rookie RBs. So he might have to start making some tough decisions in the later rounds.

But if it were me, I'd stick with Love and Price.

Chase Glory For The Next 5 Years

The accomplishments are already significant for Ja’Marr Chase. OROY in 2021, compiling 1,455 receiving yards and 13 TDs. Again, he was a rookie! An otherworldly 127-1,708-17 Triple Crown season in 2024. Last season, with QB Joe Burrow missing nine games, Chase still posted a solid 125-1,412-8. He’s 26 and that’s his floor production. You can lock him in for more big production the next five seasons, and likely beyond.

We All Have Pet Peeves In Fantasy Football

With years of fantasy football experience comes enlightenment. The cycle:

  1. Play the game

  2. Get p*ssed off at the stupid things your leaguemates do

  3. Enlightenment

Unfortunately, I’ve been stuck on No. 2 for quite some time.

But I’m not alone. If you don’t want to become the problem, you’ll need to avoid these universal pet peeves. PLEASE.

WR Rankings: Hard Look at Nos. 13-24

Uh oh. Adam Pfeifer is picking a fight with our team.

Kind of

Pfeifer has Fantasy Life’s WR13, Tetairoa McMillan, ranked as a low-end WR2 for two reasons: Bryce Young’s lack of upside & Jalen Coker’s health.

But he’s also ranked all the remaining WR2s from Garrett Wilson (WR14) to Mike Evans (WR24).

It’s too bad Pfeifer is hyped for the wrong Bears pass catcher (ily, Colston Loveland). I’m just glad he’s as excited for Jaylen Waddle as I am …
