Can They Pull It Off?

Shedeur or bust...

The New York Giants are a beautiful, disgusting mess right now.

After a 3-14 season, Brian Daboll and Joe Schoen are officially on the hot seat.

Peter Overzet

So, how are they going to accomplish that? Let’s take a look at their master plan so far …

  1. Let Daniel Jones walk in Free Agency.

Solid start, fellas. Jones’ most exciting moment as a Giant was that time he tripped after an 80-yard run.

  1. Sign Jameis Winston to a two-year contract worth $8 million.

Nice! Let’s go. Winston DGAF bombs to Malik Nabers will at least be fun for a few weeks before he inevitably gets benched for Tommy DeVito!

  1. Sign Russell Wilson to a one-year deal worth $10.5 million guaranteed.

Wait, wtf. Seriously?

So now we get to run back Wilson vs. Justin Fields, except now it’s just Wilson vs. Winston.

Wilson has turned into the QB equivalent of a fantasy buzzkill. He’s just good enough to convince a coaching staff to play him over a higher-upside option while possessing zero fantasy upside himself.

If they use this as an excuse not to draft Shedeur Sanders with their No. 3 overall pick, then this entire regime deserves the inevitable 5-12 record and a nice cardboard box for their belongings …

Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, and Jayden Daniels Lead the 2025 Superflex Landscape

A few weeks ago, we released our first way-too-early mock draft consisting of 12 Fantasy Life staffers.

Fast-forward to present day. We’re still five months away from drafting our 2025 teams and regular-season football.

So, what do we do to pass the time? We run it back … with a wrinkle.

We rounded up 12 more Fantasy Life staffers for a 0.5-PPR Superflex mock draft.

Lamar Jackson led the way at 1.01, but who was the first non-quarterback selected, and where were they drafted? Dive into the round-by-round analysis. 👇

The National Champs Get Their Pro Day

After winning the national championship in January, some of Ohio State’s players have been quite busy. Though none of them have taken up Ian’s invitation to celebrate at the Casa Hartitz.

Today will be another of those “busy” occasions, as the Buckeyes are putting on their Pro Day for scouts and NFL teams to come and watch the players work out in their own personal combine setting. Three of the players—Emeka Egbuka, TreVeyon Henderson, and Quinshon Judkins—will have plenty of eyeballs on them, as they are among the top NFL Draft prospects at their positions.

Henderson and Judkins both wowed those in attendance at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Judkins, especially, was one of the big winners at the event. Egbuka is one of the most coveted wide receivers in this draft, often mocked in either the first round or early second round of the draft. That could change today, as he’s set to test after bypassing the process in Indy. Could he run his way into the first round?

Thor Nystrom has profiled all three players:
