Appreciating The Dads
Especially those who provided ...
This Father's Day, I'd like to thank everyone who steps up into that role and provides in whatever ways necessary for their families.
But β¦ I'd be remiss if I didn't give at least a little attention to the fantasy men who provided for us last year.
Josh Allen: Week 1
38.76 pts
33-394-2 passing, 14-30-2 rushing
I used to jokingly say "Josh Allen is daddy," but he really did take care of us last season, stepping up on Day 1.
Derrick Henry: Week 17
45.6 pts
36-216-4 rushing
What more could you ask for from your old man in the fantasy championships? Derrick Henry took care of us when I needed it most.
Rashid Shaheed: NFC DIV
95-yard TD
The NFC Divisional Round didn't matter for fantasy purposes, but I cannot ignore the impact it had on me. Rashid Shaheed's 95-yard TD against the 49ers was the opening kickoff return, just 13 seconds into the game. And it set their 41-6 win in motion.
Bijan Robinson: Week 17
37.4 pts
93-yard rushing TD
Bijan Robinson took care of fantasy managers all season long. His 10 Top-10 finishes were the love we all deserved. But in Week 17, when the trophy was on the line, his 93-yard TD against the Rams really hit the spot.
Trevor Lawrence: Week 15
44.30 pts
20-330-5
Sure, it was against the Jets. But that doesn't matter. Trevor Lawrence scored a total of 6 TDs (5-51-1 rushing) and took care of everyone who rostered him in Week 15.
Max Brosmer: Week 13
Sometimes, the men who care for us can show it in strange ways. Max Brosmer showed it with four sacks and four interceptions in Week 13. But he allowed the Seahawks D/ST to score 32 points. And for that, I'll be forever grateful!

Buying Low On A Ladd McConkey Bounceback?
What do Kyler Murray, Ladd McConkey and Terry McLaurin all have in common?
Not much. I'll give you that. But their 2026 seasons might β¦
Sam Wallace thinks that each of these guys are primed for a bounceback season in 2026.
Kyler Murray has a new team
Ladd McConkey has a new OC
Terry McLaurin finally doesn't have a new QB
Bounceback candidates also have the added benefit of an ADP discount, given their 'down' turn from the year before. Grab them before they're back up.
Avoid Patrick Mahomes or Risk Getting Chopped
"CHOP CHOP!" is what I usually say when I'm trying to get my kid to move a little quicker in the mornings. But the phrase means something entirely different as soon as draft season approaches.
