A New TE Sleeper Emerges

Put him on a watch list...

One of the beautiful things about fantasy football is how it makes seemingly innocuous news items very important for our purposes.

That’s exactly what happened over the weekend when the Seahawks released TE Noah Fant

In an instant, the Seattle TE room went from a committee where all parties were not fantasy relevant to one where an intriguing rookie has a clear path to making an impact in Year 1.

If you aren’t familiar with Elijah Arroyo, let me give you the rundown here:

  • Seattle drafted him 50th overall

  • He caught passes from Cam Ward at Miami

  • His prospect profile is muddled by the fact that he played only nine games in his second & third seasons due to an ACL injury

  • He has the sixth-best TE score in the 2025 Super Model (69 … nice)

  • He is big & fast

With AJ Barner as the only other TE competition on the roster, Arroyo is now firmly on the late-round menu.

He went in the 16th round of three Underdog drafts I did yesterday, and I took him in the 17th round of another (on a team where I had already selected Sam Darnold).

There’s always a wide range of outcomes for a rookie TE—much less one on a run-heavy, non-elite offense—but there is plenty of breakout intrigue here, especially when you factor in the Klint Kubiak angle.

Keep close tabs on him (as well as other intriguing late-round rookie darts like Terrance Ferguson and Harold Fannin) as we enter training camp. The next Sam LaPorta could be lurking …

Fantasy

Every Stat, Every Team

Did you know Lamar Jackson is responsible for not one, but two of the highest-scoring fantasy seasons of all time?

Or what about the fact that it was Jaylen Wright, not De’Von Achane, who led all Dolphins RBs in yards after contact per carry (3.3), avoided tackles per carry (23.5%), and explosive run rate (10.3%)?

Neither did we, and thanks to Ian Hartitz, you don’t have to do the digging to find these nuggets, either.

From the overall QB1 to backup RBs alike, Ian went team by team to accumulate every fantasy-relevant nugget he could find ahead of the 2025 season, and he ended up with … checks notes … 253 of them.

Yes, 253 (!!) facts, stats, and everything in between that will get you up to speed on everything you need to know for the upcoming fantasy season.

NFL Draft

An Early Look At The Class Of 2026

It’s never too early to look at the next class of NFL prospects, and that’s exactly what the best NFL draft pundit in the world—Thor Nystrom—has been doing.

Amidst all of the 2025 fantasy football draft season news and content, he put together his debut 2026 mock draft … your classic “way-too-early” mock draft—where all we have to determine draft order is implied win totals.

In this mock, we see the Cleveland Browns drafting their third quarterback over the last two drafts (is it Arch Manning?? You’ll have to read to find out …). We also see the Saints drafting a hopeful QB of the future to pair with Chris Olave, while the Rams take a similar approach in shoring up insurance for the aging Matthew Stafford.

Which quarterbacks land where? And what does the entire first round of the 2026 NFL Draft shake out ahead of the ‘25-’26 college football season? Thor breaks it down. ⤵️
